Volunteer positions will be offered based on competence to deliver the work, qualification, respect for faith based ethos, cultural adaptability and enthusiasm for the position.
Due to the nature of some pastoral placements and religious congregation assignments, volunteers will sometimes be required to be faith observant. If this situation should arise, VC will make this clear at the commencement of the recruitment process.
