Monitoring and Evaluation is inherent to the support we provide to partners, both in terms of project implementation and changes intended at the partner level. We ensure that our work is rigorously assessed and our impact is clearly documented.
Our development results are central to monitoring and evaluation. We always collect baseline data prior to the start of a project and we work with partners to identify when and how we will measure progress.

Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) are indispensable learning and management tools for improving current and future programme planning, implementation and decision making.
VC is committed to the M&E process, to ensure that we continuously improve and learn. We use M&E to identify changes and improvements that may be required in the operation of projects and programmes and review our strategies along with our international Partners to assess if we are doing the right things. We are committed to demonstrating results and provide excellent training in this area as part of our Venture – Training for Development Programme.
