Brian Sheridan – Zambia
VC Volunteer Brian Sheridan, from Co. Westmeath, took up a Farm Manager role with the Jesuit run Kasisi farm near Lusaka in Zambia in September 2014. Brian, a recently retired teacher who is also an award winning dairy farmer, joined the VC Overseas Training Programme in 2009.
